With over 25 years of experience in systems management and organization management in various industries, Bobby has a wide skill set. This includes financial management endeavors including planning, forecasting, reporting, ledger maintenance, as well as exercising budgetary control to minimize overheads. He has trained and developed personnel, conducted performance evaluation, salary oversight, and personnel data systems. In addition he has experience in systems management, including systems analysis, operational audits, telecommunications and keeping current with available software solutions to streamline business functions. Handle facility operations by orchestrating office-design planning, purchasing, record management, as well as design, construction, and IT infrastructure.
