Britt has spent the last 17+ years in Sales and Project management. The majority of his experience has been in the HR Technology industry with a variety of organizations. He also led efforts for a previous organization to receive certification to ISO 27001.

In his career, Britt has helped organizations, from small to enterprise in scope, realize significant returns and improve the lives of their employees at work. He has consulted with his clients on the best solutions to support their unique business rhythm and how to align the technology with their business strategy. 

Britt ultimately enjoys helping organizations “win” with their mission and creating positive impact. So, the opportunity to support organizations in creating positive change in the world is what ultimately brought him to Causeleaf.
